How it works - TranslaStars Talent

👩‍💻 For Talent Professionals

Create or claim your profile at claim.html using the same email you use on TranslaStars. If you are a verified TranslaStars learner, your courses and certifications are pulled in automatically.

Complete your profile: add your specialties, languages, tools, availability, and a short bio. Profiles with more detail rank higher and receive more recruiter messages.

Go live. Once activated, your profile shows a green ● Activated badge and becomes visible to recruiters worldwide.

Get contacted. Recruiters send you messages through the portal. Your email stays private until you decide to reply.

Tip: Keep your availability up to date. Set it to Open to opportunities when you are looking for work, and switch it off when you are not.

🤝 For Recruiters

Open the recruiter dashboard at recruiter.html.

Filter talent by country, language, specialty, course, availability, experience, hours invested, and tools. Tool filters are grouped into buckets (TMS/CAT, AI & Language Tech, Project & Content) and you can select several at once.

Review profiles. Each card shows the activation status, availability, verified courses, and key skills at a glance.

Contact talent directly through the profile modal. Your message is delivered straight to the professional.

Filters explained

Country: one country at a time, with all variants normalized (e.g. España, Espana and Spain all match Spain).
Tools: multi-select. A profile matches if they use any of the selected tools.
Specialties: multi-select. Profiles match any of the chosen specialties.
Availability: only show professionals open to new opportunities.
Courses & buckets: filter by verified TranslaStars courses or course categories.

💡 Status & availability meanings

● Activated - profile is live and visible to recruiters.
● Inactive - profile is pending or deactivated; not shown in recruiter results.
🟢 Open to opportunities - the professional is currently looking for work.
⚪ Not open to opportunities - the professional is not looking right now.
